*Read This First!!!

• You must obtain a Return Authorizaion before returning any item(s) to CoolInflatables.com.
• You must print, fill out and include the Return Form with your returned item(s).
• Your item was purchased from CoolInflatables.com.
• You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item(s) to return them.
• The item(s) must be unused and in original packaging.
• You are responsible for return shipping.
• If your Filter Pump has had ANY water in it you cannot return it for a refund.

• You are responsible for return shipping.
• We take high resolution pictures if you would like to speed up the process and save on return shipping.
• If you do return the item we suggest you return it with a company that provides tracking information for proof of delivery.
