Shipping Instructions:
This item usually ships via freight truck. You must provide a daytime telephone number so the shipping company can call to schedule a delivery. You MUST be home to sign for and receive the delivery. You MUST inspect the pool package contents for damage at the time of delivery. If the pool and its accessories are not in acceptable condition you must refuse the shipment to the driver. This does not mean damage to the box, it means damage to the contents inside the box. If you refuse a pool shipment that is not damaged beyond the outer packaging we will NOT refund you any of the shipping charges. The shipping company will unload the pool from the truck and you will be responsible for the pool at that point. Most shippers will help you move the pool once off the truck however this is at the discretion of the driver and not a guaranteed service so you should make arrangements for help moving the pool package about your property. This item is available to ship to the Continental USA only; no shipping outside the U.S. lower 48 States, no shipping to P.O. boxes and no shipping to military addresses.
Warranty:
Includes a limited warranty from the manufacturer, Intex®. The pool liner has a 90 day warranty against manufacturer's defects and the pool filtration pump has a 1-year warranty. Any warranty claim must be submitted to the manufacturer.

Love this pool

We have had this pool for 4 years and love it.. This year we have had to patch the blow-up ring, but we have definately received our money's worth from it! The great thing about this is you don't need to spend lots of money on ground prep - our yard is not perfectly level and this pool sets and fills fine, versus a metal frame.

this swim pool rocks!!!

this swim pool is the best pool ever I have this pool and I injoy it so much I hope the people hew make it will keep makeing them they just are so grate they are not hard to set up at all they are easy I want to thank the people hew made this swim pool you guys rock Thank you for makeing this grate pool! keep up the good work
