Sequoia Frame Set pool liners are constructed
using SUPER-TOUGH™ heavy guage material and the Frame Set™ Pools'
SUPER-TOUGH™ sidewalls are triple strong. The sidewalls are made with 3
separate layers of material for extra strength and durability - two outer
layers of heavy-gauge pvc laminated to an inner layer of polyester mesh
for extra reinforcement.

No sand required - all a Ultra Frame Set Pool
needs is level ground. Frame Set Pools do not need sand to support their
walls!

and kids. PLEASE NOTE: Children should always be supervised by a competent
adult when using or in proximity to any pool.

Sequoia Frame Set Pools drain conveniently! The
drain plug accepts a garden hose to drain water away from the pool area as
desired.

Shipping Instructions:
This item usually ships via freight truck. You must provide a
daytime telephone number so the shipping company can call to schedule a
delivery. You MUST be home to sign for and receive the delivery. You MUST
inspect the pool package contents for damage at the time of delivery. If
the pool and its accessories are not in acceptable condition you must
refuse the shipment to the driver. This does not mean damage to
the box, it means damage to the contents inside the box. If you refuse a
pool shipment that is not damaged beyond the outer packaging we will NOT
refund you any of the shipping charges. The shipping company will unload
the pool from the truck and you will be responsible for the pool at that
point. Most shippers will help you move the pool once off the
truck however this is at the discretion of the driver and not a guaranteed
service so you should make arrangements for help moving the pool package
about your property. This item is available to ship to the Continental USA
only; no shipping outside the U.S. lower 48 States, no shipping to P.O.
boxes and no shipping to military addresses.

Warranty:
Includes a limited warranty from the manufacturer, Intex®. The pool liner
has a 90 day warranty against manufacturer's defects and the pool
filtration pump has a 1-year warranty. Any warranty claim must be
submitted to the manufacturer.

shipping charges including a 20% restocking fee. This means
shipping charges to and from your shipping location!
