- Includes a limited warranty from the manufacturer, Intex. The pool liner has a 90 day warranty against manufacturer's defects and the pool filtration pump has a 1-year warranty. Any warranty claim must be submitted to the manufacturer.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:
- This item usually ships via freight truck. You must provide a daytime telephone number so the shipping company can call to schedule a delivery. You MUST be home to sign for and receive the delivery. You MUST inspect the pool package contents for damage at the time of delivery. If the pool and its accessories are not in acceptable condition you must refuse the shipment to the driver. This does not mean damage to the box, it means damage to the contents inside the box. If you refuse a pool shipment that is not damaged beyond the outer packaging we will NOT refund you any of the shipping charges. The shipping company will unload the pool from the truck and you will be responsible for the pool at that point. Most shippers will help you move the pool once off the truck however this is at the discretion of the driver and not a guaranteed service so you should make arrangements for help moving the pool package about your property.
